Applications:

1. Improves the homogeneity of polymer blend with different polarities and viscosities, other compound ingredients also can be mixed fast.
2. In the mix cycle, disperse easily into compound, improves processing performance and batch to batch uniformity, especially for calendaring and extrusion.
3. Reduces compound viscosity and shorten mixture time.
4. Improves calendaring and extrusion rate in stead of increasing die swell.
5. Enhances green compound tack, avoid dropping roller.
6. Recommended to dark colored compounds due to its dark color and added in the first stage.
7. Improves impermeability apparently, suitable for inner-liner, inner tube and bladder.
